Returns Policy
Important: Please read our returns policy carefully. By placing an order, you automatically agree to our terms and conditions. No exceptions will be made.
Vanelin is a UK-registered online retailer operating exclusively online. We work with international fulfilment partners and do not currently operate a physical retail store.
Cancellations
Would you like to cancel your order? This can be done free of charge as long as your order has not yet been processed or dispatched. We process orders quickly, usually within a few hours.
If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at vanelin.nl@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Please note: orders can no longer be cancelled once they have been processed or dispatched due to our automated system.
Returns
Please note: returns sent to us without a prior request and approval will not be accepted. In such cases, you may lose the right to a refund.
Return period: You may return a product within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return conditions: Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For hygiene-sensitive products, return eligibility may be limited.

To ensure a smooth return process, we kindly ask all customers to contact us before sending any return.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive further return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered due to our error.
The exact return cost depends on the shipping carrier you choose. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for all returns.
Shipping Risk & Tracking
Returns are sent at the customer’s own risk. We are not liable for lost, delayed, or untracked return shipments, including delays caused by customs.
Please always provide a valid track & trace number with your return. Without tracking information, we cannot verify receipt of the return and may not be able to issue a refund.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive an email confirming whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your original payment method within a maximum of 30 days.
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account and payment provider. If the refund is still missing, contact us at vanelin.nl@gmail.com.
Costs & Responsibility
Return costs
If the return is caused by the customer, for example, ordering the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong colour, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged or incorrect items
If the return is the result of our mistake, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs and provide an appropriate solution.
No Hidden Costs
No additional fees will be charged for approved refunds, including no administration fees.
